Refund Policy

Payments for services are required on the day of your appointment.

Dynamic Equine Therapy does not offer refunds for completed treatments, as time, expertise, and travel have already been provided.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service cost.

If Dynamic Equine Therapy needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will not be charged.

If a prepaid service is purchased for a future date (e.g., a package or gift voucher), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the service has not yet been used.
