Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions with Dynamic Equine Therapy must be booked in advance.
     

  • Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
     

  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted rate.
     

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
     

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may incur the full treatment fee.
     

  • If weather or safety conditions prevent treatment, the appointment may be rescheduled at no charge.
     

3. Horse Requirements

  • Horses must be clean, dry, and safely restrained in a suitable area.
     

  • Horses must be handled by someone over 18 years of age.
     

  • Please advise Dynamic Equine Therapy of any behavioural issues (kicking, biting, etc.) prior to treatment.
     

4. Health & Veterinary Care

  • Equine osteopathy/bodywork provided by Dynamic Equine Therapy is not a substitute for veterinary care.
     

  • No medical diagnosis or prescription will be given.
     

  • If your horse is under veterinary care, you are responsible for obtaining vet approval where required.
     

  • If treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate on the day, Dynamic Equine Therapy may refuse or stop the session.
     

5. Rider/Owner Responsibility

  • You must disclose all relevant health history, behavioural concerns, injuries, or changes since the last session.
     

  • You are responsible for following any after-care or management advice provided.
     

  • You accept full responsibility for your horse’s behaviour during the session.
     

6. Safety

  • If at any time the horse poses a risk to the practitioner, handler, or itself, the session may be paused or ended.
     

  • Please ensure dogs, children, and distractions are kept clear of the treatment area.
     

7. Results & Expectations

  • Every horse responds differently. No specific outcome or performance improvement is guaranteed by Dynamic Equine Therapy.
     

  • Multiple sessions may be recommended for chronic or complex issues.
     

8. Media & Privacy

  • Photos/videos may be taken for educational or promotional use only with your permission.
     

  • Your personal information will not be shared or sold by Dynamic Equine Therapy.
     

9. Liability

  • By booking a session with Dynamic Equine Therapy, you acknowledge that equine treatment involves inherent risks.
     

  • Dynamic Equine Therapy accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to horses, handlers, or property arising from treatment, except where required by law.
     

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking or receiving a treatment, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
